By accessing this website or requesting services from Liberty Hacienda Heights Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Liberty Hacienda Heights Tree Services provides residential and commercial tree services including tree removal, tree trimming, tree pruning, stump grinding, stump removal, land clearing, emergency tree service, and commercial tree service in Hacienda Heights, CA and surrounding communities. All services are subject to a written or verbal agreement between the customer and Liberty Hacienda Heights Tree Services prior to work beginning.
All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. A written or confirmed verbal quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may differ from an estimate if conditions discovered during the job - such as hidden decay, unexpected root extent, or access difficulties - are materially different from what was assessed at the time of the estimate. Any change in scope will be communicated to the customer before additional work proceeds. We do not begin work without customer authorization.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to reschedule jobs in the event of unsafe weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you as promptly as possible if a rescheduling is necessary. Deposits, if required, are non-refundable if a job is cancelled by the customer with less than 24 hours notice, except where the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond your control.
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For larger jobs, we may request a deposit before scheduling. Invoices not paid within 30 days of the completion date may be subject to a late fee. Returned checks may be subject to a returned-check fee. If payment is not received and no arrangement is made, we reserve the right to pursue collection through appropriate legal channels.

Liberty Hacienda Heights Tree Services carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the event of damage to your property caused by our crew during the normal course of a job, we will work with you and our insurance carrier to address the issue. However, our liability is limited to the direct cost of repairing or replacing what was damaged. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of income, or costs arising from pre-existing conditions on the property that were not disclosed before work began.
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with how a job was completed, contact us within 5 business days and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge, provided the concern falls within the original scope of work. We do not warrant the health or survival of trees that are pruned, trimmed, or treated, as tree response to care depends on factors outside our control including soil conditions, irrigation, disease, and weather. Any legal action arising from these terms or from services provided by Liberty Hacienda Heights Tree Services must be filed in the appropriate courts located in California.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
